Awesome Piece

Our ensemble just played this and advanced to state. We're not playing this at state, but it's still an awesome piece. It has an oldschool ragtime feel, even though it's not that old (1988) and is in the form of a march. It's a very fun piece and a real crowd pleaser. Every member of the ensemble gets a feature and has almost equally challenging parts. The biggest problems for the ensemble will be syncopation of rhythms with each other and staying a consistent tempo. There are some videos on youtube of this piece if you want to hear it.
