A delight to play and a fine edition!
This is a complete collection of the Mozart String Quintets and as such belongs in the library of any string player who loves playing chamber music. Barenreiter editions are superb, my only complaint being that the typefaces is a bit smaller than I would prefer. There is also a Peters Edition of this work, but I don't think it contains the entire collection of all six quintets. The difficulty varies considerably, both by work and by part, making it suitable for players of varying skill and experience levels (intermediate to advanced). As an intermediate player, I was comfortable sight-reading the violin and viola parts.And... these are some of Mozart's finest works. Enjoy!
