Whilst on the face of it, this seems like a simple song, it has examples of blue notes, gliss and half spoken/half sung notes in the original, all of which I have included in this arrangement. It also has some rhythmic and diction challenges to keep your choir members interested.
This is a flexible choir arrangement written for S,A,T(or A2),B
There is lots of unison singing which is great for practising correct pitch and matching vowel sounds, and a simple soprano descant with a little bit of 3 part harmony in the ending section.
It will work very well with just soprano and alto but equally well with soprano,alto 1 and alto 2 (Or high tenor).
