Published by Emma Butterworth (A0.1742434).A modern transcription of the Rondeau by Marin Marais that has long been misattributed to Lully and as a Gavotte (Suzuki violin and viola Book 2 and Suzuki cello Book 3).
In this transcription from the original score I have arranged the piece for violin and violin continuo, translated the original ornament markings into modern equivalents, and added a piano part. The French style at the time would have been to play all quavers as 'swung'.
Sheet music includes solo violin part, violin continuo part, & piano accompaniment part (which includes the continuo part in the left hand). The piece also works well as a violin duet with no piano.
