"Rest Your Head", from Bat For Lashes' 2012 album The Haunted Man, combines a whimsical spookiness with a sense of drive to create a song that is both catchy and reflective. This arrangement is written in three parts with divisi throughout (SSAAAA, scored here as High1 & 2, Mid 1 & 2 and Low 1& 2). It features a whispered exhortation in the opening and closing material to "come on" (and rest), optional body percussion, and chord symbols for optional improvised accompaniment on piano or guitar. The arrangement is designed for acappella performance but works well accompanied too.
