Moderately Difficult • The Advent and Christmas season is a time of many moods, and Lloyd Larson has captured that broad emotional range in this collection that skillfully makes use of the full piano keyboard. This is a Christmas collection that will "keep on giving" for years to come.

Preview pages are BLACK
Why are all the preview pages BLACK so we can't actually preview this music. Not going to pay $20 for a book when all I can preview is the cover.

cheap paper
The arrangers Lorenz chooses, like Larson, and Shackley, are top notch. Lorenz, unlike Hal Leonard, accurately rates the level of difficulty, (though, choosing a system of 1,2,3 was not a great idea. I thought for years level 2 must be for 8 year olds, until I looked further). They call this moderately difficult which is exactly rightAnd then they degrade it all by using really cheap paper. So cheap that you can see one page through the back of another to the point of a mild distraction. This is not only in this book, it is in some other books as well, which as I recall were also Lorenz, though they may have been Alfred. I tried to xerox it away by xeroxing it lighter, but that does alter the quality of the notation. I think it you're paying for music, you should get a good quality paper and that Lorenz should fix this problem.
