It is suitable for youngsters and adult choirs, and deals with issues of self-reliance and strength, being proud of who you are and letting your true self shine through to the world as an inspiration.
It was first performed in various well-known locations around Belfast in a "pop-up" style performance, and the singers and their families found it very moving.
The singers shone their phone torches over their heads for the chorus, which made for quite an eye-catching performance.
Ideal for school concerts, or any occasion where you need something a bit different, with a feel-good vibe.
This particular version is for Sopranos and Altos (the Sops split briefly, but that can be optional).
There is also an SAB version of this piece, and I'm happy to consider other bespoke arrangements to meet your needs.
