Very basic.
Many of the rhythms are simplified, many of the keys are different than the original studio recordings, and there aren't any of the guitar solo bits. I think simplifying the songs to make it easier for beginners actually makes it more challenging because the songs don't sound quite right, and if you are a Queen fan, it's kind of a disappointing book. There are better arrangements of many of the songs for viola.
