Composed by Johann Sebastian Bach. Arranged by Homco/Crinion. This edition: pdf. Baroque, Chamber, Wedding. 6 pages. Homco/Crinion #1276468. Published by Homco/Crinion (A0.1712887).

"Prelude in C" by J.S. Bach is actually a keyboard composition from "The Well-Tempered Clavier" composed in 1722. It most likely sounds familiar because the harmonic outline provided by the arpeggios was used by Charles Gounod as the basis for his "Ave Maria." In this String Duo arrangement the arpeggiated figures are split between the 2 instruments to provide a seamless flow.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard's global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters.
