The Lord's Prayer is paraphrased in this lovely setting. While not an official liturgical text - and therefore not meant to replace the actual Lord's Prayer during the liturgy - there are many places outside of the Mass where these words will be appreciated and taken to heart. Within Sunday worship, it would be a great song choice when the Gospel reading is Jesus' instruction for how we should pray. For cantor or soloist.
