Most Practical and Useful warmups
This is the best concise warmup book for cello that I've come across. It incorporates an etude/exercise using first through 4th positions including extensions in the basic keys. Each etude is followed by a delightful composition in the same key, using the same position and finger patterns. These patterns are often found in orchestral and chamber music so the player is ready to participate with the ensemble. I highly recommend it for intermediate players.
