Polylogue for solo flute explores the communication of several voices structured on a monophonic instrument. A "would-be" polyphonic flute thus creates monologue, dialogue, and finally, a polylogue, in a very improvisational setting. The melodic structure is an amalgam of blues and Indian modes. Polylogue pour flûte seule explore la communication de plusieurs voix à partir d’un instrument monophonique. Une flûte « quasi polyphonique » engendre ainsi un monologue, un dialogue, puis finalement un polylogue, dans un cadre très improvisé.
