    Great Second Book

    This is the second book in a fantastic multikey course. It should be preceded by the primer level. Each level in the course teaches three major keys, including the primary chords, scales, and key signatures. The Bastien Piano Library features more classical pieces that Bastien Piano Basics. The books are more conservatively illustrated. After level 4, there is an Intermediate Course, providing instruction through 7 levels. By level 4, the student will know all major keys and key signatures. This is an excellent core course.
