SKU: A0.1680020

By Sesame Street'S Bob & The Sesame Street Anyt. Composed by Jeffrey Moss. Arranged by Gavin Koh. This edition: pdf, streaming. 20th Century, Children, Film/TV. Score. 4 pages. Gavin Koh #1245366. Published by Gavin Koh (A0.1680020).

Here is a piano solo arrangement of "People in Your Neighborhood" that also includes lyrics (for all of Bob McGrath's performances up to Episode 2294 with muppets). The sheet music also contains chords.

This fan favorite was first performed by Bob McGrath in Episode 23 back in 1969. The song focuses on occupations, with each variation focusing on different jobholders, usually portrayed by muppets. Later episodes were accompanied by groan-worthy jokes and puns, which has cemented this as one of the most popular songs from Sesame Street.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard's global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters. ArrangeMe allows for the publication of unique arrangements of both popular titles and original compositions from a wide variety of voices and backgrounds.
