One of Archangelo Corelli's most famous Concerto Grossi: No. 8 - "Fatto per la notte di Natale" (1712) or the "Christmas Concerto", is always a popular choice for the Winter programming, and especially the final movement "Pastorale". This is the Pastorale arranged for String Trio. I have redistributed certain bits to make the viola part make more sense, and it still sounds just like the original. This way, it's very playable even with only three players, and it's a great addition to your trio pads for any winter gigs, from background music to recitals (or even a winter wedding!).
