A client books you to play at their wedding, and agrees to pay you a sizable sum of money so long as you can perform this random singer-songwriter ditty that happened to land a placement in a middle-of-the-road Rom' Com' some years ago. Sadly, there aren't any good charts for this song to be found on the internet, and you end up staying up all night so that you can slap together a passable arrangement for you and your colleague(s) to sight-read their way through once, then forget forever.
Well, it happened to me. So I am now making the fruits of my lackluster labor available to the public in the hopes that this chart may prevent the same situation from happening to you.
This arrangement is 3 things:
- ACCURATE (nobody got time for incorrect transcriptions)
- UNIVERSAL (you'll get lead sheets with AND without guitar chords & lyrics, in order to best fit your ensemble's needs)
- SIGHT READABLE
Oh, and most importantly, it's cheap. So for the low low price of 5 dollars, save yourself a couple hours of headache and proceed to your gig with confidence. Consider this my small act of "paying it forward" to my fellow musicians out there grinding it on the gig scene.
