Poor print quality
A wonderful piece of music, but the print quality is poor to the extent than some of the text is unreadable. As an amateur timpanist, I often but study scores such as this. I am currently looking at the Overture to Candide and the Eulenberg study score for Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue, the printing of which is exemplary. I can't understand why the publishers of the Candide score cannot achieve the same standard. It was not cheap!
