This arrangement is a re-orchestration of a British brass band contest piece, commisioned for the 1970, 2nd Section,W.D. & H. O. Wills Final test piece. A particularly musical (unlike a lot of more recent contest pieces), yet subtly testing piece for most sections of the band.
I have included a page (page 35) with useful printing instructions.
