This simple byt beautiful melody and piece, from the movie " Dancer in the Dark" by Bjork, and arranaged by me ;Ray-MIchael Kauffman.
A new favorite of any choir or flute ensemble.
Thsi is the Lancaster County Flute Ensemble Edition, menaing specifially arranged for 1 piccolo, 6 c flutes, 2 alto flutes in g and possible bass flute, opt. contra bass flute and opt. cello for contra bass flute.
This arrangement scored for focus of an ensemble with otu a lot or no bass instruments at all.

Can be played with 9 instruments piccolo through g alto flutes. But expandable for added lower flutes.
This arrangement would be perfect for many themed concerts such as movies, female composers, international composers, modern classical, modern pop , contemporary themes, and many more.
The melody may be simple, but the " push and pull" of the expressive phrasing and strating with a whisper beginning leading to the loud, bold dramatic themed is diffently soemthing any crowd or performer would enjoy.
