This beautiful minor hymn is perfect for the Easter season, Lent, or all year round in the church calendar. The Revised Common Lectionary as well as many other church music planning guides have this song as a recommended choice during Palm Sunday, Maundy Thursday, Epiphany, and many other weeks of the Church Year.
