Fantastic series!
Now Hear This is an excellent series for improving students' aural skills. This level has an excellent mix of rhythm and note dictation. Students add missing notes to a melody, rather than dictate an entire melody. Familiar tunes are used often. This approach has proven to be less intimidating to my students. I use these books in my private and group lessons, and the aural skills have definitely improved in my studio.
