By Bob Dylan. By Bill Trader. Arranged by James Linn. This edition: pdf. 20th Century, Country, Pop, Singer/Songwriter. 20 pages. James Linn #1369380. Published by James Linn (A0.1809201).

This is a saxophone quintet arrangement (soprano, 2 altos, tenor, and baritone) of a popular song published by Bill Trader in 1952. Elvis Presley’s recording from 1958 reached platinum level and peaked at #2 on Billboard’s Hot 100 in the U.S. In this arrangement the baritone sax emulates the deep bass voice of Ray Walker of the Jordanaires, sharing the melody with lead soprano at times. The tenor sax is featured in a written out solo for the original guitar solo by Hank Garland (or Chet Atkins). The original key of C major was transposed to Eb major. This is an intermediate level piece which would appeal to Elvis-loving audiences and early country music fans.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard's global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters. ArrangeMe allows for the publication of unique arrangements of both popular titles and original compositions from a wide variety of voices and backgrounds.
