I recommend to interpret it on a looper that can store multiple pre-recorded phrases.
It can also be simplified though, to play it with a single-phrase digital loop station, without pre-recording a phrase, two ways:
1. by letting go the last variation and finishing it with the theme
2. at the 3rd beat of the 25th measure from the 4th variation you jump to the 3rd beat of the 25th measure of the 3rd variation, and finish it with the theme.
