Please make sure and look for it on sheet music and sheet music plus website. This original arrangement will go well with your next fall concert series. The Las Vegas, Nevada Flute Choir played this piece last summer in May 2023. It was quite lovely with lots of sparkle and was very well received. Your flute ensemble will truly enjoy playing this piece. Who would have thought the first few notes from an original Eric Carmen's composition in the early 1970's called "Let's Pretend" would be the inspiration for his album "All By Myself" which included the hit single song "I'll Never Fall In Love Again". The interesting thing is the main melody which came directly from Rachmaninoff's second piano concerto had to be creatively sewn into that song after everything else was composed. It happened one day when he happened to be listening to the Rachmaninoff's second piano concerto at the time he was composing I'll never fall in love again along with the album and that's how the main melody came to be. He absolutely loved Rachmaninoff's work and wanted his work to be an integral part of his music that he was composing and creating at that time. Please don't hesitate in purchasing this arrangement for your flute ensemble/choir as it will undoubtly add much brilliance to your concert!
