Excellent Resource for Intermediate Guitar Students
This Hal Leonard 'Guitar Recorded Version' of 'Rust Never Sleeps' is fantastic for teaching. The note-for-note transcriptions with tab are very accurate, perfect for students transitioning to more complex rock/folk styles. While challenging for beginners, the clear engraving and included lyrics aid in understanding song structure and rhythm. A great way to engage students with classic Neil Young.

Finally Sound Like the Record!
As an adult learner, I love diving into albums I grew up with. This 'Rust Never Sleeps' tab book is brilliant! The note-for-note accuracy really lets me sound like Neil Young, making practice incredibly enjoyable. It's challenging but totally achievable for a dedicated weekend player. In the song Thrashers a 6 string on the left and a 12 string string on the right are used. Are these 2 parts carefully tabbed?
