Tom Fettke's lovely melody is rapturous in its response to this nineteenth century text. The recurring theme, combined with an accompaniment that incorporates a traditional hymn, flows naturally and beautifully to create a stunning love song to Christ. The flexible voicing makes this piece, which is perfect for use throughout the year, accessible to choirs of any size.

Easy to Learn!
Working with a small church Choir where only a few can read music, this song will be easy to teach and easier to learn. The melody line is repeated often, and the Choir members said that they loved it and were anxious to begin to work on it. Definitely a keeper that deserves the 5-star rating for the way it is written!
