Thomas Doss composed this suite against the backdrop of his experience with young conductors and youth orchestras. Each of the four parts contains a different "soundscape", in which each of us is free to let our imaginations run wild.An Overture, heralding a celebration, a magnificent Pastorale at dusk, the Lament that seems descended from heaven, and finally a colourful, fiery Danza - ideal for young orchestras and conductors with plenty ofimagination.

Thomas Doss heeft deze kleurrijke suite geschreven vanuit zijn ervaring met jonge dirigenten en jeugdorkesten. In elk van de vier delen creëerde hij een andere, vrij te interpreteren klankwereld: een"ouverture", die een feest aankondigt, eenprachtige "pastorale" in de schemering, een "lamento" dat uit de hemel lijkt neer te dalen, en tot slot een vurige "danza" - ideaal voor jonge en jong gebleven orkesten en dirigenten met veel fantasie!

Seine Erfahrungen mit jungen Dirigenten und Jugendorchestern inspirierte Thomas Doss zu diese Suite. In jedem der vier Teile schuf er eine andere, frei interpretierbare “Klangwelt”: eine "Ouvertüre“, die ein Fest ankündigt, eine prachtvolle"Pastorale“ in der Dämmerung, das "Lamento“, das vom Himmel herabzukommen scheint, und schließlich eine farbenreiche, feurige "Danza“ ideal für junge und jung gebliebene Orchester und Dirigenten mit viel Fantasie!

Thomas Doss a composé cette suite en sinspirant de son expérience auprés de chefs dorchestre en herbe et dorchestres de jeunes musiciens. Chacune des quatre parties contient un paysage sonore différent qui laissera toute liberté limagination delauditeur. Une Ouverture annonçant une célébration, une splendide Pastorale au crépuscule, une Complainte qui semble descendue des cieux, et enfin une Danza br lante et haute en couleurs - une suite idéale pour les jeuneschefs et tous les orchestres dotés dune belle imagination.

Thomas Doss ha composto questa suite sulla base della esperienza fatta con giovani maestri e bande giovanili. In ciascuno dei quattro movimenti ha creato un altro “mondo sonoro” liberamente interpretabile: un’”ouverture” che anticipa una festa, unamagnifica “pastorale” nel crepuscolo, il “lamento” che sembra scendere dal cielo e infine una focosa “danza” ricca di colori: l’ideale per orchestre giovanili o rimaste giovani e maestri che hanno tanta fantasia!
