Flute 1-3 carry the load here, and piccolo adds great cheer. The easy flute part allows you to include even your newest beginners. It only contains 5 notes: C, B, A, G, F#.
The rhythm can be learned as a groove even if the students can't quite count it yet. I recommend listening and learning to sing the carol instead of focusing on the difficult rhythms.
