Mer Sin Eins Brass Quintet - Digital Sheet Music

Mer Sin Eins (We are one) is a “Kölschrock” song released in 2018 by Cologne based band Kasalla which I found at the Cologne Karnival 2025 – I was given this tune as a solo whilst playing as a guest for the amazing Domstädter Köln band. The director of the Domstädter Köln band is a Trombonist so as a tribute the Trombone takes the melody first and has the last phase of the piece, but everyone in the ensembles gets the tune – even the Tuba. You don’t need to be at the world-famous Köln Karnival to play, it’s a great piece for any occasion – “Banker, Bischoff, Stroßemädche. Mer sin bunt un mir sin Eins (Banker, Bishop, Street girl. We are colourful, we are one).”World parts available on request.
