Not as it seems
I liked the look of this arrangement of others of the same tune from the sample pages. Unfortunately it was not clear that the pdf would only contain the score not that parts. It is a fair assumption that people buying a pop string quartet will want to play it. That is not possible with just a score. Also, I have bought many string quartets and well ad sold them with sheetmusicplus and they have always come with parts.

Sounds great but
This is the most accurate version of the song I have found. I really like it and its in an easy to read key. But unfortunately the arranger has missed placing an eighth rest To complete the full four beats of most of the measures. If you hand this to young students they might get confused. I would love to purchase a copy that is correctly written. I just have no way of contacting the arranger directly. Hopefully he reads this and can fix it!
