The theme of this medley is about being young but sometimes having to make big decisions. The songs and their lyrics refer to Jack and Jill, water, fall, inevitable, never stood a chance, innocent victims, Romeo and Juliet, written in the stars, love, fate, stupidity, living happily, gory, change their story, life’s not fair, grin and bear it, change, don’t let “little” stop you, sitting around, putting it right, school, being a parrot, reciting silly rules, dignity, climbing a tree, change your story.

This clever arrangement includes the overlapping of both melodies during the ending material. This arrangement is designed for high school or college show choir, concert choir or community choir.
