Conceived for grade .5 - 1 band, the composition has an accessible and energetic melody, stated by the flutes, clarinets and trumpets. The middle section is a contrasting legato melody stated in the flutes, clarinets and saxophones and the energetic melody returns to end the composition, creating a ternary form.
