Short simple pieces, demonstrating that music doesn’t have to be complex to sound lovely on our instrument. Most of these pieces are at a level that can be played by a Gr. 4 to 6 RCM level student, but are sufficiently beautiful to attract the more advanced player

If You are looking to play beautiful pieces and are past basic classical guitar playing than these collection of pieces will not disappoint. Not only are these great for learning the instrument but they are a mainstay for a repertoire as well as they are so pleasing to listen to.

This is a really lovely collection for an intermediate guitar player. Pretty pieces which are challenging but manageable for those of us who have a few years playing experience. For uk guitarists it is probably grade three to five level. Plenty of easier pieces for sheer enjoyment and some to aspire to. Linnemann is a great composer and has much here to appeal to many tastes. There are quite a few pieces that have a folky sound .
