A Great Book!!!
This is a wonderful resource to help you learn the songs of Lynyrd Skynyrd! Dave Ruben provided very accurate transcriptions to the signature licks included and his insightful commentary regarding the licks is very helpful as well.
When you purchase the book it includes a code that will give you access to the audio practice tracks on the Hal Leonard website. This wonderful feature allows you to slow the tempo of the track down as you learn it. You can gradually increase the tempo as you practice and eventually play it at full speed once you master the lick. This is a great book and with patience, hard work, and practice you will be playing these songs accurately and smoothly in a reasonable amount of time. |
