Cumbersome ordering process
I was never able to download the music. In fact, I didn't even realize I had to download the music. I thought I was ordering a hard copy to be delivered by mail or other means. After waiting a few weeks for the music, I revisited the site to discover that I had ordered a digital version. I tried to follow the instructions for downloading, but was unsuccessful. The process is way too cumbersome! Furthermore, the fact that you are not ordering a hard copy is not disclosed very well. I finally ordered a hard copy from another site.
