This easy brass quartet arrangment for two trumpets and two trombones is easily played by most high school musicians. It has a traditional setting of the original hymn at the beginning then it proceeds through two variations with a surprise tag at the end all in 4/4 time avoiding mixed meters for less experienced players. Being fairly short in duration it would make an ideal Prelude in a tradtional worship service any time during the season of Advent or at Christmas Eve/Christmas. Includes Score and Parts.
