Litanei - Auf das Fest Aller Seelen, D. 343, (Litany for the Feast of All Souls) was composed in 1816 by Franz Schubert as a song for voice and fortepiano originally in E-flat. Schubert set to music a poem by Johann Georg Jacobi, the first line of which translates to Rest in peace, all souls. Each stanza of the long poem serves as a petition in the sung litany prayer. Translations are readily available online.
