    Wrong version

    An earlier, obsolete printing of this book is shown here. If you are teaching online, your students will have the current printing from 2012 and you will need your own copy of the current printing. I ordered this from Amazon and got a damaged version of the old, obsolete printing. I complained and Amazon response by sending me another copy of the old, obsolete, useless version. The second time Amazon flatly refused to help me, so I decided to eat the loss and come here and get the real version. Since this site actually shows the obsolete version, apparantly I cant trust it either.
