Great Performance Piece!
I gave this to a student for a spring recital and it was a huge hit with the student and the audience. Beautifully written, not too difficult to memorize. The piece requires careful attention to shaping and dynamics to make this come alive. Good piece to showcase some pedaling technic as well. I agree with another reviewer that the piece may be more accurately assigned to an intermediate student or a student who is just entering the intermediate levels of music. I highly recommend this as a great recital piece for intermediate students. I plan to repurchase this for another student to learn for a future recital performance.

Le Papillion
I would recommend this piece for an intermediate student, not early intermediate. There is a difficult part in the piece. This is a good teaching piece if you want your student to play in high octaves and read ledger line notes. The sound of this piece is really beautiful, definitely sounding like a fluttering butterfly.
