SO fun to play! Great for studio recitals!
I was searching for 1P4H duets for our spring recital, and have several students who are also percussionists in their bands at school. I knew they liked interesting and fun rhythms, as do I. I found these Christopher Norton duets and was able to listen to each one on his SoundCloud channel, so I knew how cool they were before ordering. I am not disappointed! They are so fun to play, and are short - two pages each for Secondo and Primo, so I can use a group of them in recital, or just one. I am using 3-4 on this recital, and my piano/percussionist students are really enjoying playing them, too. I would grade them Late Intermediate.
