De aandachtige luisteraar zal het motief van de posthoongalop heel eventjes opmerken. De KPN Mars werd in 1995 in Utrecht door de gezamenlijke Nederlandse postharmonieorkesten voor het eerst uitgevoerd o.l.v. de componist. Natuurlijk herken je meteen de hand van de meester. Een echte verrijking van het marsrepertoire.
