Replying a dissatisfied customer
The reason why the harmony looks suspicious and many seemingly wrong notes is due to note extensions in jazz harmony such as 9, b9, b13 etc. The Eb note over a Db note in bar 9 and 13 is a 9th of that Db bass note and I was trying to achieve a Dbmajor 9 chord. The Fb in bar 2 on LH chord is changes the a normal Eb chord to a Eb7b9 chord. These may seem 'wrong' to someone untrained in jazz theory.

Several errors in thus
I am dissatisfied with this as there are several definite errors, and some other potential issues. Bar 2 LH 2nd part of the bar should be a Gflat NOT Fflat. Bar 7 RH chord around 2nd half of the bar should be Enatural. Bars 9 and 13, RH chord should have an F (not Eflat). Also the harmony beginning of bar 4 is suspect - should there be a Bflat in that chord? And Bar 16 last beat in LH - should that be a Bflat? I think not!
