The majority of the song's Verses can be played using one and two finger chords and are recommended for Advanced Beginner players and above. The Chorus does call for three finger chord shapes and may be more appropriate for Intermediate players and above.
Don't let the rather quick pace that you're used to hearing Buffett play this at deter you. The chord shapes in the chorus are fairly common "L" and short slant shapes that can be slid between without much repositioning. Start practicing at a more sedate pace and slowly increase the tempo as you become familiar with the song. You'll be up to speed rather quickly.
The Outro at the end of the Coda is essentially echoing the Intro, just one octave higher to make it sound a little fancier. You could easily subsitute the lower Intro in that area if you are uncomfortable playing above the 7th fret.
