Published by Gavin Koh (A0.1723779).This is my piano solo arrangement (including chords and Chinese lyrics) of 今生缘, a song written by 川子 and released on the Internet back in 2008 as a Flash animation. In 2011, 川子 performed his song together with the group 旭日阳刚 (Xu Ri Yang Gang) which comprises lead singer 王旭 (Wang Gang) and guitarist 刘刚 (Liu Gang). Over the years, the song slowly gained in popularity on Tiktok as well as other social media outlets.
The origins of 今生缘 : 川子 had gone to prison for a fight that caused serious injuries to others in a moment of impulse back when he was younger. While incarcerated, he turned over a new leaf and took up music and song writing. Altogether, 川子wrote over 100 songs, and 今生缘 was one of them. 今生缘 is a song about brotherhood that has a sincere style and explosive power which keeps the listener enraptured.
