Alongside Simba, the student will discover the sound of the mandolin. It's a first exploration where tone and nuances blend with rhythms and note pitches.
This method gives equal importance to the left hand, responsible for varying pitches, without neglecting the right hand responsible for producing sound.
The goal is to offer the student maximum sound freedom in discovering this new instrument through fun and guided exercises, both written and oral. These exercises focus on different playing techniques. Finally, solo and ensemble pieces help develop overall listening skills.

Cette méthode donne donc à la fois une place importante à la main gauche, ayant pour rôle la variation des hauteurs, sans pour autant négliger la main droite productrice du son.

Ces derniers se focalisent sur différentes techniques de jeu. Enfin, les morceaux solos et collectifs permettent de développer son écoute globale.
