"Fun Song To Play"
Carole King is very artistic. She knows music, its structure, and its melodic chemistry. She can intertwine chords as easily as you can whistle Mary Had a Little Lamb. To me, those are the main reasons her songs were so popular, catchy, and easy to remember. I'm purchasing this sheet music because I need the lyrics more than the music notation itself. I know how to play this song, with every chord she intended it to have.
If you're a beginner, catch up before you try to read the music. However, without spoiling it for you, rarely will you find sheet music of any song notated just as it was recorded. Nevertheless, this song is a fun song to play. Play it gusto!! |
