Cette composition comprend deux parties : une ‘Introduction' à caractère reposant et mélodieux d'une part et un ‘Caprice' qui permet au soliste et à l'orchestre de prouver leur virtuosité d'autre part.

Dieses Werk besteht aus 2 Teilen: eine 'Introduktion' mit ruhigem und melodischem Charakter einerseirs, und ein „Capriccio' in dem sowohl der Solist als auch das Orchester ihre Virtuosität beweisen können anderseits.
