Excellent Transcription. A Piece Made for Piano.
From the first time I heard this song I was hooked on the piano transitions between verses. I am an above average sight reader and enjoy playing along with the original. Often sheet music treats the piano part as accompaniment to vocals ignoring the melody. Not here. This transcription is very close to Leon and Elton's original (with the minor exception of the last verse). The segments written for piano are spot on. I was challenged keeping up with Leon on the transitions but it's worth the practice. Buy it!
