I've arranged “I've Just Seen a Face” from The Beatles' album HELP for piano solo.
This is a highly original piano rock arrangement with a strong rock feel.
Once the vocals end, it's time for the piano solo!
Try playing it with that kind of vibe.
In the solo section, a slightly comical 6/8 time signature appears.Just when you wonder what will happen next, the count begins—“2, 3, 4!”—and it snaps back into the original lock, plunging into a furious ending.
How about that? Pretty unique, huh?
You can keep the count part in your mind, or depending on the performance situation, you can actually vocalize it.
In any case, since the piece cannot transition to the ending without the count, I've written it into the score.
