Obscure Hymns Amazing
Very creative and lots of music for the price, very original compositional technique and immediately appealing without being pedestrian. Unfortunately, there are not that many standard American hymns that are frequently sung by many denominations in the USA. Useful pieces composed on unfamiliar hymns can be quite nice. June Nixon is a very talented composer, I have played many of her compositions. The hymn tunes should have been researched so the collection would be more versatile and used more frequently.
